Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, banking, or payments
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation (APIs, integration flows)
- Experience working closely with engineering teams (technical background is a plus)
- Proven ability to gather and document requirements (BRDs, user stories, use cases)
- Strong product thinking and understanding of user journeys and UX flows
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively in an agile environment
- Experience with A/B testing and product metrics
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
- Experience integrating with external providers
- Familiarity with LATAM markets or strong interest in the region
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with external partners (payment providers, transfer systems) to launch integrations
- Analyzing technical documentation (APIs, integration flows) and translating it into business requirements
- Gathering and documenting requirements (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Defining data and system requirements and supporting technical integrations
- Participating in discovery, backlog management, and sprint planning
- Working closely with product designers to define user flows and improve UX
- Supporting development lifecycle: clarifications, UAT, and releases
- Participating in daily team syncs and resolving ongoing issues
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Running A/B tests, analyzing results, and driving product improvements
- Defining and continuously improving product metrics
