Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in client support, account management, or a similar role in the Forex/CFDs or online trading industry
  • Native Spanish speaking and excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader, TradingView platforms, basic trading terminology, and financial markets
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle clients from different backgrounds and regions within Latam
  • High attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive client information
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, if required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms
  • Assist with account opening, KYC verification, deposits/withdrawals, and platform navigation (MT4/MT5, cTrader, TradingView or proprietary platforms)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and/or institutional clients and partners to improve retention and client satisfaction
  • Provide guidance on trading tools, promotions, and company offerings in a professional, compliant manner
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a smooth trading experience and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  • Collect and report client feedback to help improve products, services, and support processes
  • Stay up to date with company policies, market news, and regulatory changes relevant to the Forex/CFDs industry
