Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute remote events for the educator and instructor community
  • Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, materials, and overall execution planning
  • Order and manage event supplies and marketing collateral for distribution as needed
  • Ensure proper handling of image release permissions and related documentation
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and operational details to support smooth delivery
  • Collaborate with communications teams to create post-event content such as social media updates and blog posts
  • Support continuous improvement of event experiences through coordination and feedback integration
