Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter in an in-house or agency environment, preferably within a high-growth or high-tech organization.
- Strong experience sourcing and hiring for technical and/or GTM roles in complex environments.
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and offer management.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and similar tools.
- Demonstrated success in managing compensation discussions and achieving high offer acceptance rates.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Strong organizational skills with a process-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive and active candidates for a wide range of corporate and technical roles, including Engineering, GTM, Infrastructure, Security, and Finance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficient pipeline progression, clear communication, and timely closures.
- Assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured evaluation and screening methods.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and align on hiring strategies.
- Own compensation discussions, including benchmarking, analysis, and successful negotiation to close candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and candidate networks to support current and future hiring needs.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions and promoting best practices across recruitment processes.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies, recruitment workflows, and overall hiring efficiency.
