- Own a designated geographic territory and proactively build candidate supply in that market.
- Partner with regional leadership to warm candidate pipeline for upcoming kickoffs.
- Post job openings across relevant platforms and manage active job boards.
- Conduct research to identify and source qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Review and screen resumes to identify candidates with strong potential.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, work style, and alignment with household roles.
- Document candidate profiles and notes accurately in Notion CRM.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
- Partner closely with the Hiring Services Specialists to route top candidates into active searches.
