Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive sales or business development experience, ideally within EV charging, renewable energy, or clean technology sectors.
- Proven track record of generating new business and building revenue pipelines in competitive, fast-paced environments.
- Strong experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles across B2B and government or institutional clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the EV, energy storage, or renewable energy market landscape.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including pipeline management and forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and apply insights strategically.
- Ability to travel regularly and engage directly with clients and partners in the field.
- Self-starter mindset with adaptability, resilience, and a results-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and closing opportunities in EV charging and clean energy solutions across multiple market segments.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Develop tailored solutions and proposals aligned with client needs, leveraging company offerings across EV infrastructure and energy systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, developers, municipalities, and strategic partners.
- Execute strategic sales initiatives across B2B, B2C, and government channels to support revenue growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and support expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, construction, marketing, and finance to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.
- Manage sales activity and pipeline tracking using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
