Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or affiliate recruitment
- Strong professional network in accounting, real estate, mortgage, or financial advisory sectors is a plus
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Almost native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Professional manner and polished communication in all interactions
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-only basis
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and provide ongoing support to partners
- With own working laptop.
- Has a wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a backup connection.
Responsibilities
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding professional affiliates (Accountants, Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, etc.)
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with affiliates to ensure they are supported, informed, and successful
- Monitoring affiliate activity, providing resources and guidance to maximize referral outcomes
- Reporting progress and feedback to the management team to continually improve processes
- Optionally, generating direct client referrals for higher commissions
