Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or affiliate recruitment
  • Strong professional network in accounting, real estate, mortgage, or financial advisory sectors is a plus
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Almost native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Professional manner and polished communication in all interactions
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-only basis
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and provide ongoing support to partners
  • With own working laptop.
  • Has a wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a backup connection.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding professional affiliates (Accountants, Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, etc.)
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with affiliates to ensure they are supported, informed, and successful
  • Monitoring affiliate activity, providing resources and guidance to maximize referral outcomes
  • Reporting progress and feedback to the management team to continually improve processes
  • Optionally, generating direct client referrals for higher commissions
