Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ownership of issues through resolution
- Ability to support non-technical users in a fast-paced, primarily remote environment
- Track record of delivering excellent results
- Proficiency with OpenSesame’s ticketing system, IT documentation tools, and support workflows (within 30 days)
- Ability to resolve Tier 1 IT support tickets, adhering to internal documentation and SLA standards (within 30 days)
- Ability to independently resolve hardware, software, and login-related issues (within 60 days)
- Ability to update knowledge base articles/internal documentation (within 60 days)
