Requirements
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding work and marketing creatives
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience designing for digital + print
- Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Motion design or video editing experience (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Figma and Canva (nice to have)
- Background in SaaS, Marketing agencies, or E-commerce (nice to have)
- Understanding of Marketing KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversions) (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Design visuals for social media, email campaigns, ads and presentations, creating high-quality assets that support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain brand guidelines, typography, color systems, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and formats.
- Create web banners, landing page graphics, and digital ad creatives, optimizing assets for LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Display Network.
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, and event materials, ensuring print-ready formats and high-quality outputs.
- Create simple animations, GIFs, and motion graphics using tools like Adobe After Effects.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals.
- Package and deliver files in AI, PSD, PNG, PDF formats, and maintain clean and organized asset libraries.
