Requirements

  • 3+ years designing B2B ad creatives.
  • Strong portfolio showing LinkedIn ads, Meta ads, and Display creatives.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) OR Canva.
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused design, visual hierarchy, and CTA placement.
  • Experience using AI tools for creative workflows.
  • Experience with Performance marketing teams (Nice to Have).
  • Experience with Demand generation campaigns (Nice to Have).
  • Understanding of CTR, CPC, and Conversion rates (Nice to Have).
  • Motion graphics / animation experience (Nice to Have).
  • SaaS, tech, or B2B marketing background (Nice to Have).
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Notion (Nice to Have).

Responsibilities

  • Design high-converting B2B ad creatives for LinkedIn Ads, Google Display Network, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Translate messaging into clear, scroll-stopping visuals.
  • Create multiple variations for headlines, layouts, and CTAs.
  • Turn ICP insights into creative direction and design with attention hierarchy, clarity of message, and strong CTA placement.
  • Support A/B testing across creatives and iterate based on performance data.
  • Work closely with marketing and demand gen teams to align creatives with campaign goals, messaging frameworks, and funnel stages.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, building reusable templates, creative systems, and asset libraries.
  • Use AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and ChatGPT to accelerate ideation, concept creation, and creative iteration.
