Responsibilities
- Manage localization projects end-to-end in an Agile environment
- Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across Product, Marketing content
- Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and increase intelligent automation across systems
- Contribute to AI-first workflow implementation and quality guardrails
- Use hands-on CAT tools competencies to improve workflow efficiency and routing
- Collaborate closely with the stakeholders on tooling and optimization initiatives
- Proactively manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Improve planning, input quality, and collaboration standards
- Identify improvement opportunities alongside BAU delivery
- Monitor industry trends and continuously elevate localization best practices
