Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Background in SAP, procurement, finance, or spend management projects
- Solid knowledge of SDLC
- Solid knowledge of ITIL
- Experience in regulated environments (pharma / manufacturing) preferred
- Experience working in Waterfall delivery
- Agile exposure
- Proven ability to work independently without PMO structure
- Strong change management (implementing new rules/processes in existing operations)
- Excellent stakeholder management (business + IT)
- Experience with global teams
- Flexibility in working hours (alignment with US East Coast, occasional late calls)
- Hands-on, structured, delivery-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of the project (independent role, no PMO support)
- Implementation of systems, processes, and company policies into a live manufacturing plant
- Coordination between IT (GTS) and business teams (Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing)
- Managing global stakeholders (US, China, Europe) across time zones
- Driving change management with focus on minimal disruption to operations
- Overseeing rollout of tools
- Tracking timelines, risks, dependencies + proactive issue resolution
- Preparing status reports, KPIs, and stakeholder communication
- Supporting SAP / procurement / finance system implementations and integrations
- Working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment
- Applying SDLC and ITIL frameworks in delivery
