- At least 3 years experience in Project Management
- Experience running Agile projects for internal stakeholders
- Experience running traditional (Waterfall) projects for internal stakeholders
- Proven experience leading projects or teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Understanding of important company subjects and how actions contribute
- Ability to listen to stakeholders' needs
- Ability to understand what stakeholders really want
- Ability to prioritise work to find the best solutions for maximum benefit
Responsibilities
- Own the result of projects, as autonomously as possible
- Research to define scope if not well-defined at the start
- Correct direction if not aligned with objectives
- Perform project management tasks: making plans, setting and running meetings, documenting progress and issues, reporting to management
- Ask questions and do research to understand subject-matter for projects
- Challenge assumptions based on knowledge and experience
- Act as a cross-functional partner within the Information Systems Department
- Keep business stakeholders and executive sponsors informed and maintain good relationships
