Requirements

  • University degree in Tourism, Project Management, Business or IT
  • Experience working as a Project Manager/ Coordinator, preferably in the travel industry
  • Knowledge of methods and procedures used during the software development process
  • Valid experience in business travel industry, ideally in Travel Management Company
  • Knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Amadeus GDS
  • Experience working with OBTs, most preferably Cytric Travel & Expense
  • Ability to manage the different phases of a project, following company’s methodology and using standard project management tools: Project organization, Project Initiation, Planning, estimating and scheduling, Executing, Monitoring and controlling, Risk management, Project closing
  • Fluent English – min. B2

Responsibilities

  • Manage implementation of Cytric Travel & Expense solutions for global customers
  • Analyze customer systems and service requirements, build process to accommodate requirements with product capabilities
  • Oversee technical operations and coordinate delivery teams to ensure efficient integration into client software ecosystem and infrastructure
  • Define project methodology, goals, objectives, resource planning and budgeting
  • Define project governance, roles and responsibilities and determine deliverables per project phase
  • Design scheduled phases/timeline for large projects of online travel technologies
  • Define project scope and configuration document that reflects customer requirements
  • Lead client-facing project communication; liaise with external and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance to identify areas of improvement
  • Identify and mitigate key risks and issues impacting delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Provide detailed project status updates and generate regular reports to stakeholders
  • Monitor project budget and resource allocation
  • Act as a Subject matter expert and product technical support to pre-sales, sales and marketing teams
