Requirements
- University degree in Tourism, Project Management, Business or IT
- Experience working as a Project Manager/ Coordinator, preferably in the travel industry
- Knowledge of methods and procedures used during the software development process
- Valid experience in business travel industry, ideally in Travel Management Company
- Knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Amadeus GDS
- Experience working with OBTs, most preferably Cytric Travel & Expense
- Ability to manage the different phases of a project, following company’s methodology and using standard project management tools: Project organization, Project Initiation, Planning, estimating and scheduling, Executing, Monitoring and controlling, Risk management, Project closing
- Fluent English – min. B2
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation of Cytric Travel & Expense solutions for global customers
- Analyze customer systems and service requirements, build process to accommodate requirements with product capabilities
- Oversee technical operations and coordinate delivery teams to ensure efficient integration into client software ecosystem and infrastructure
- Define project methodology, goals, objectives, resource planning and budgeting
- Define project governance, roles and responsibilities and determine deliverables per project phase
- Design scheduled phases/timeline for large projects of online travel technologies
- Define project scope and configuration document that reflects customer requirements
- Lead client-facing project communication; liaise with external and internal stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate project performance to identify areas of improvement
- Identify and mitigate key risks and issues impacting delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide detailed project status updates and generate regular reports to stakeholders
- Monitor project budget and resource allocation
- Act as a Subject matter expert and product technical support to pre-sales, sales and marketing teams
