Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (IAM and SaaS experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of success in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and engage decision-makers.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and outbound sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, 6Sense).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers using tools such as LinkedIn, CRM databases, and industry reports.
- Develop targeted outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, social media outreach) to generate interest in our SaaS solutions.
- Partner with the Account Executive on prospects
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and buying processes.
- Evaluate prospects against the ideal customer profile (ICP) and qualify them as Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the Account Executives.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities in our CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects in a timely manner to nurture interest and schedule discovery calls or demos.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and share market feedback.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market competition
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs, including outreach volume, number of qualified leads, and meetings booked.
