Responsibilities
- You'll generate and qualify new business opportunities across EMEA through proactive outbound outreach — email, phone, social, and events — researching target accounts, identifying buyer personas, and tailoring messaging to uncover real pain points and convert prospects into qualified pipeline.
- You'll qualify and follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns with speed and quality, engaging prospects in meaningful conversations that assess fit and move opportunities forward for the sales team.
- You'll execute outreach strategies aligned to Duetto's ideal customer profiles and regional priorities, partnering closely with Regional Sales Managers on territory plans, handoff processes, and feedback loops.
- You'll leverage AI-driven tools and automation to sharpen prospecting efficiency and personalisation — and participate in regular coaching sessions with the Head of Business Development to continuously refine your messaging, qualification, and outreach techniques.
- You'll maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce, tracking calls, emails, connections, and meetings to ensure visibility, forecast accuracy, and continuous performance optimisation.
- You'll collaborate with Marketing to improve campaign follow-up and lead nurturing, and feed market insights from your conversations back into GTM messaging and strategy.
