- 3+ years of experience in at least two of the following: growth operations, revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, recruiting operations, staffing, lead generation, funnel management, automation, startup operations, or business operations; 2+ full years managing weekly KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, pipeline reporting, or performance reporting tied to sales, recruiting, marketing, operations, or revenue; 1+ year owning or managing a measurable funnel with at least 4 tracked stages

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in at least two of the following: growth operations, revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, recruiting operations, staffing, lead generation, funnel management, automation, startup operations, or business operations
- 2+ full years managing weekly KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, pipeline reporting, or performance reporting tied to sales, recruiting, marketing, operations, or revenue
- 1+ year owning or managing a measurable funnel with at least 4 tracked stages
- Experience directly contributing to measurable outcomes such as booked calls, signed clients, hires, placements, onboardings, revenue, or contracts
- Experience building or managing at least 3 funnel automations using tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable, Google Sheets, CRM workflows, ATS workflows, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools
- Experience improving at least one measurable conversion point inside a funnel
- Experience building dashboards, scorecards, reporting systems, or pipeline tracking
- Ability to work with CRM and ATS systems
- Ability to use AI tools daily
- Ability to lead a small pod of two team members
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing
- Ability to operate without constant handholding
- Ability to move fast, test quickly, and make decisions from data
- Comfort being measured by scaler contracts generated
Responsibilities
- Build the core vertical funnel and tracking system
- Launch lead generation for your assigned vertical
- Build CRM visibility from lead source to booked call to signed contract
- Build ATS/candidate visibility from applicant to client-ready candidate
- Build or improve at least 5 funnel automations
- Create a weekly scorecard and dashboard for the vertical
- Generate first leads within the first 30 days
- Have qualified candidates in the pool by Day 60
- Generate 6 new scaler contracts by Day 90
- Consistently produce 4+ new scaler contracts per month after 90 days
