Requirements
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup device must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
- 3+ years of experience in high-growth environments (EdTech, SaaS, or STEM Publishing).
- Native or full professional fluency in German.
- Track record of navigating multi-stakeholder environments, moving from initial outreach to a signed contract with precision.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and outreach tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire revenue engine in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to free the leadership team to focus on product vision.
- Be responsible for the end-to-end conversion of the DACH region into a predictable growth engine.
- Optimize the sales funnel for speed and conversion and solve friction points autonomously.
- Act as the eyes and ears of the founders, translating DACH-specific market trends into actionable product feedback.
- Build deep institutional partnerships with academic librarians and teaching faculty.
