Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supporting campaign execution, lead delivery, or marketing operations within a digital marketing or lead generation environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM), including updating records, tracking delivery, and maintaining data accuracy across systems.
  • Experience using lead delivery platforms (e.g., Convertr) or similar campaign management tools.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, lead pacing, and performance monitoring across multiple concurrent programs.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors or partners to execute campaigns, manage deliverables, and resolve delivery issues.
  • Exposure to technical campaign components such as API setups, lead integrations, and testing delivery flows.
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward.
  • Strong written communication skills for client-facing updates and internal coordination, with the ability to work overnight (US hours) and maintain reliable equipment and internet connectivity (including backup).

Responsibilities

  • Set up, configure, and launch campaigns in Convertr, including ongoing optimizations, delivery adjustments, and troubleshooting (API setup, test deliveries, and lead submission integrations).
  • Monitor daily lead delivery and pacing, follow up on missing submissions, and reconfirm monthly/quarterly volume expectations to ensure campaign performance.
  • Maintain accurate campaign data across Salesforce and internal tracking tools (Google Workspace), ensuring consistency and alignment across systems.
  • QA landing pages, coordinate edits, and confirm readiness prior to campaign launch or client distribution.
  • Deliver leads and reporting updates to clients on a daily or weekly cadence, while building and maintaining dashboards tracking performance metrics (e.g., intent data, engagement signals).
  • Coordinate vendor operations end-to-end, including kickoff communications, ongoing management, insertion order (IO) creation, and tracking approvals, signatures, and deliverables.
  • Manage campaign execution workflows, including creative request submission and tracking, direct mail coordination, campaign master sheets, and resolving bottlenecks (delivery delays, submission issues, creative gaps).
  • Support financial and operational processes by assisting with invoice validation, responding to ad hoc requests, and identifying process gaps to improve workflows across the Delivery and Client Success teams.
