- A few years’ experience in an agency or similar environment, with a solid understanding of how campaigns are delivered across channels.
- Full UK driving licence and have access to a car, as travel will be required as part of the role.
- Experience within the housebuilding sector, or a closely related industry such as property, construction, or real estate.
Responsibilities
- Lead client conversations, writing clear and actionable briefs, managing timelines and budgets, and keeping multiple workstreams on track.
- Manage projects from brief through to delivery, working closely with internal teams to ensure everything is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard.
- Build strong relationships with clients, becoming someone they trust to keep things moving, solve problems, and add value.
- Spot opportunities, think ahead, and bring solutions (not just updates).
- Support and develop Account Executives, helping them learn, grow, and build confidence in their roles.
