Experience
Few years’ experience

Requirements

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities, and you don’t wait to be told what to do; you think ahead, take initiative, and make things happen.
  • Confident and personable, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Communicate clearly and professionally, but without ego. Listen, adapt, and bring people with you.
  • Solutions-focused and resilient. Stay calm, think clearly, and work through challenges in a practical way. Not afraid of a challenge, in fact, you enjoy it.
  • Strong eye for detail and a clear understanding of what good looks like. Take pride in delivering high-quality work and holding yourself accountable for the outcome.
  • Team player who contributes positively to the culture around you. Support others, share knowledge, and help create an environment where people can do their best work.
  • A few years’ experience in an agency or similar environment, with a solid understanding of how campaigns are delivered across channels.
  • Full UK driving licence and have access to a car, as travel will be required as part of the role.
  • Experience within the housebuilding sector, or a closely related industry such as property, construction, or real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client conversations, writing clear and actionable briefs, managing timelines and budgets, and keeping multiple workstreams on track.
  • Manage projects from brief through to delivery, working closely with internal teams to ensure everything is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, becoming someone they trust to keep things moving, solve problems, and add value.
  • Spot opportunities, think ahead, and bring solutions (not just updates).
  • Support and develop Account Executives, helping them learn, grow, and build confidence in their roles.
