Requirements

  • 5+ years directly managing consumer brands in Amazon/eCommerce environments, with an emphasis on results-oriented growth.
  • 3+ years in formal team leadership, confidently growing, training, and managing agency staff.
  • Demonstrated track record in agency account direction, with successful multi-brand management and paid media strategies (Amazon PPC and DSP highly preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline (or equivalent high-performance experience).
  • Outstanding communication both written and verbal across client calls, presentations, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and advanced Excel functions (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas).
  • High self-motivation and penchant for exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced, remote-first agency.
  • Analytical mindset paired with a creative, solutions-based approach to challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term, trusted partnerships with established brands, becoming their strategic consultant for eCommerce and Amazon advertising.
  • Direct and mentor a team, empowering professional growth through proactive support, training, and real-time feedback.
  • Lead development and approval of forecasts, media plans, and profitability reports, translating analytics into actionable growth strategies.
  • Analyze competitive environments and new Amazon features to keep every client ahead of market trends.
  • Strategically resolve challenges, ensuring smooth operations, high client satisfaction, and effective conflict management.
  • Coordinate task execution across account managers, support teams, and virtual assistants for streamlined delivery.
  • Join agency leadership meetings to champion client perspectives and drive resource alignment.
  • Innovate internal processes, promoting operational efficiency and team accountability.
