Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B account management, consultative business partner OR Customer Success type role or similar
  • Track record of achieving commercial KPIs, including driving revenue growth, product adoption, and retention
  • Strong commercial acumen - able to spot growth opportunities and mitigate risk through effective questioning and listening
  • Confidence communicating with a range of customers and influencing decisions, developing long-term partnerships, and acting as a trusted consultant
  • Experience turning data and insight into actionable recommendations
  • Confidence in contributing to continuous improvement by sharing best practices and customer feedback internally
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Passion for customer success and digital transformation
  • Strong collaborator, working closely with the wider team to share insights and drive better outcomes for customers
  • Adaptable with the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted business partner and the face of Autotrader across the South of England.
  • Support independent customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Take accountability for understanding customers' objectives and advising on how to achieve them.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across customers' business and Autotrader.
  • Use Autotrader data and insights to influence decision-making, drive digital performance, and deliver meaningful commercial outcomes.
  • Educate customers on the right digital products to support growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate face-to-face with different stakeholders within customers’ businesses through regular site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent engagement.
  • Collaborate regularly with stakeholders across Autotrader to find solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with other Partnerships Managers within the region and the Partnerships community.
