Requirements

- Strong written communicator who can translate messy information into crisp, clear messaging.
- Naturally anticipate what's needed before being asked and follow through without being reminded.
- Genuinely excited about AI and how it can make teams more effective — not just as a buzzword, but as a daily practice.
- Google Workspace experience — Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides
- Slack experience — Async-first communication & workflows
- Salesforce experience — CRM fluency for sales context
- Program management experience— you are organized, detail-oriented, proactive
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
Responsibilities
- Own calendaring and scheduling across the Enablement team, including program sessions, stakeholder syncs, and team meetings — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Drive end-to-end program management for enablement initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
- Build and maintain an operating rhythm for the team — weekly standups, monthly reviews, quarterly planning cycles — so the team operates with clarity and consistency.
- Run point on logistics for all enablement programs, including coordinating with cross-functional partners, managing vendors, and preparing materials and agendas.
- Draft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the Enablement team, including announcements, program updates, and follow-ups.
- Actively explore how AI tools can improve team efficiency — bringing ideas, running experiments, and scaling what works.
