5+ years of technical recruiting experience
Proven track record hiring for engineering and/or data roles
Hands-on experience with Ashby (or similar ATS)
Strong sourcing skills
Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines
Excellent communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Highly organized
Proactive
Comfortable operating with ambiguity
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment (ideal)
Experience in HealthTech or regulated industries (nice to have)
Experience scaling teams in early-stage startups (nice to have)

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and data roles (sourcing → offer)
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
Proactively source and engage high-quality technical candidates
Manage and optimize candidate pipelines in Ashby
Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, consistent communication
Drive efficient interview processes and ensure timely feedback loops
Advise stakeholders on market trends, compensation, and hiring best practices
