Requirements
- 2+ year experience in Sales Development, Telemarketing, or B2C Sales
- Proven experience in outbound calling and lead generation
- Strong English communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, or home improvement sales (preferred)
- Track record of exceeding sales or appointment-setting targets (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners to introduce solar solutions
- Qualify leads based on property details, energy usage, and interest level
- Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants/Closers
- Handle objections and educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, appointments set, conversions)
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies
- Stay updated on solar industry trends and product offerings
