  • Technical recruiting experience: hired senior talent at an early-stage company at a high bar.
  • Ability to hold a real conversation about the problem space and excite candidates.
  • High-agency operator: figures things out, follows through, and keeps things moving.
  • Desire to build something: wants ownership and responsibility.
  • Care about every hire.
  • Sourcing-first mindset: enjoys outbound, knows great teams, what they work on, and their engineering culture.
  • Strong judgment: knows what great looks like and can back up calls with reasoning.

Responsibilities

  • Run technical hiring end-to-end: from first convo to offer, manage multiple roles at a time.
  • Source like it matters: outbound is core - consistently build pipeline.
  • Build our network in European eng: help build brand awareness through content, community, intros, events.
  • Keep momentum: chase feedback, unblock decisions, and keep great candidates moving through the process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers: get clear on what we actually need, build sensible interview plans, and keep the bar high.
  • Treat candidates well: ensure fast process, clear comms, and respectful interactions.
  • Tighten how we hire: sharpen scorecards, calibration, and feedback loops for effective decision-making.
  • Feedback what you're seeing with data: comp expectations, candidate feedback, where we're losing people, and what we should change.
