Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition roles
  • Proven track record managing large-scale paid media budgets with direct accountability for CAC, ROAS, and payback
  • Deep expertise across major platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit, and programmatic channels
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, MMP tools, and incrementality testing methodologies
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel or SQL-adjacent capabilities for modeling and performance analysis
  • Ability to operate as both strategist and hands-on operator in fast-paced environments
  • Strong creative instincts and ability to guide performance-driven ad development
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or other high-intent, regulated industries is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead global performance marketing efforts end-to-end
  • Own and execute performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube, programmatic, and emerging channels
  • Manage daily campaign operations including building, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns
  • Set and oversee budgets, forecasts, and channel allocation strategies with accountability for CAC, ROAS, and payback metrics
  • Develop and run structured experimentation roadmaps, including creative testing and channel expansion initiatives
  • Partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate high-performing ad concepts across formats
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to improve attribution, tracking infrastructure, and incrementality measurement
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights, playbooks, and scalable growth frameworks
  • Present results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
