Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or paid media
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting funnel metrics, attribution data, and campaign performance insights
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns toward business outcomes such as lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition
  • Solid understanding of conversion strategy, audience segmentation, landing page optimization, and A/B testing methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and BI/reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or equivalent)
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Exposure to AI-assisted marketing tools and understanding of responsible AI use in campaign workflows

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across search, social, display, retargeting, and other performance channels to drive qualified leads and revenue growth
  • Translate business and product goals into actionable campaign strategies, including audience targeting, testing frameworks, budgeting, and performance benchmarks
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including setup, segmentation, pacing, asset coordination, and quality control
  • Analyze campaign performance across full funnel metrics (leads, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, revenue) to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with vertical marketing, product, creative, and RevOps teams to refine messaging, landing pages, and conversion paths
  • Build dashboards and reports to communicate performance insights and support data-driven decision-making
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing across creative, copy, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences
  • Improve campaign efficiency by identifying waste reduction opportunities and scaling high-performing initiatives
  • Support attribution, tracking, and lead flow accuracy in partnership with RevOps teams
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy and measurement standards
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance campaign ideation, optimization, reporting, and workflow efficiency while maintaining strong human oversight
