Requirements
- 2-5+ years of project management, consulting, technology implementations, and/or solution delivery
- Strong communication skills (stakeholder management, project management, collaboration, relationship management)
- Strong objection handling and scope management
- Excellent abilities in problem solving, critical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Proficiency in Professional Services Automation (PSA) software
- Experience in Kantanta by Mavenlink (preferred)
- Certification by the Project Management Institute as a CAPM or PMP (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy excellent project management processes
- Ensure accurate estimates that translate to contracts and fluid sales to delivery handoff
- Act as an internal source of knowledge to help scale operations within Mole Street
- Design systems to expedite project delivery for client satisfaction
- Ensure clean data gets into the right hands at the right times for decision making by the consulting team
- Ensure all projects are updated daily and weekly in project management tool for accurate on time and on budget delivery
- Maintain a standard of excellence in task management in Kantata
- Manage and ensure resource planning precision
- Define and refine Project Management standards, codifying and amending existing templates within Kantata
- Employ scope management within client engagements
- Ensure data cleanliness within PSA software (Kantata) and HubSpot
- Schedule and attend kickoff calls with the consulting practice leader and delivery contacts
