Requirements

Deep QA experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Hands-on experience testing desktop applications (Mac and Windows)
Hands-on experience testing browser extensions (Chrome, Edge)
Comfortable owning QA strategy end-to-end, from test planning to execution and release validation
Ability to think systematically about quality and introduce scalable processes and automation
Strong technical judgment and can collaborate effectively with engineers on complex systems
Demonstrated leadership (mentoring, driving initiatives, or managing teams)
Excited about the opportunity to manage and grow QA engineers, including distributed teams

Responsibilities

Take ownership of quality across desktop and browser extension platforms
Ensure quick shipments without compromising reliability
Partner closely with engineering, product, and design to define and execute testing strategies
Introduce automation where it matters most
Bring structure to how we validate across multiple platforms and release channels
Step into a technical leadership role
Mentor other QA engineers
Potentially manage a distributed QA team based in Serbia
