Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in EdTech SaaS
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in digital content / curriculum sales
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Proven track record of managing and closing high-velocity deal cycles
  • Strong experience running full-cycle sales motions
  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot CRM (pipeline management, forecasting, activity tracking)
  • Willing and able to travel up to 40-50% of the time
  • Ability to push deals forward without being pushy
  • Thrive in structured sales systems and accountability
  • Actively leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, prospecting tools) in workflow
  • Highly organized and process-driven

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle sales ownership - from qualification through close
  • Drive deal velocity across a pipeline of warm-to-hot opportunities
  • Execute a structured sales process (BANT-driven, stage-gated, high accountability)
  • Run high-impact discovery + demo calls that convert
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline in HubSpot (next steps, forecasting, deal hygiene)
  • Create urgency and control the buying process
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, product, customer success) to accelerate deals
  • Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
