Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, account management, or revenue-focused customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record of owning revenue targets and consistently closing deals in a SaaS or MarTech environment
  • Strong experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and deal execution within enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrated ability in outbound prospecting and expansion selling within existing customer bases
  • Experience selling PR, media intelligence, or related enterprise SaaS solutions strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, distributed, and high-growth environment
  • Strong business acumen with a customer-first and results-oriented mindset
  • Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and sales effectiveness

Responsibilities

  • Develop and close a pipeline of expansion opportunities across existing enterprise customers through upsell and cross-sell activities
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to identify whitespace, customer needs, and growth potential within accounts
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and leverage internal referrals to generate expansion pipeline within the customer base
  • Sell across a suite of SaaS products, including media intelligence, monitoring, analytics, and AI-driven solutions
  • Own account planning, territory strategy, and execution in alignment with customer success teams
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline progression, and accurate reporting of expansion revenue performance
  • Drive deal execution from opportunity identification through negotiation and close
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to optimize customer outcomes
