Job Details

5–8 years of experience in sales, account management, or revenue-focused customer-facing roles
Proven track record of owning revenue targets and consistently closing deals in a SaaS or MarTech environment
Strong experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and deal execution within enterprise accounts
Demonstrated ability in outbound prospecting and expansion selling within existing customer bases
Experience selling PR, media intelligence, or related enterprise SaaS solutions strongly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, distributed, and high-growth environment
Strong business acumen with a customer-first and results-oriented mindset
Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and sales effectiveness

Develop and close a pipeline of expansion opportunities across existing enterprise customers through upsell and cross-sell activities
Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to identify whitespace, customer needs, and growth potential within accounts
Conduct outbound prospecting and leverage internal referrals to generate expansion pipeline within the customer base
Sell across a suite of SaaS products, including media intelligence, monitoring, analytics, and AI-driven solutions
Own account planning, territory strategy, and execution in alignment with customer success teams
Manage forecasting, pipeline progression, and accurate reporting of expansion revenue performance
Drive deal execution from opportunity identification through negotiation and close
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to optimize customer outcomes
