Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in lead generation, SDR, BDR, or outbound sales
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns
  • Strong prospect research and list-building skills
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Ability to manage high-volume outreach with consistency and quality
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Proficiency with Email tools (Gmail or Outlook)
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities
