Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in lead generation, SDR, BDR, or outbound sales
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns
- Strong prospect research and list-building skills
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Ability to manage high-volume outreach with consistency and quality
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Proficiency with Email tools (Gmail or Outlook)
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Identify target accounts and decision-makers based on ideal customer profiles
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases using sales intelligence tools
- Research companies, industries, and personas to inform outreach messaging
- Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email
- Customize messaging based on prospect context and pain points
- Manage outreach cadences and follow-ups across multiple touchpoints
- Qualify prospects based on fit, interest, and readiness
- Log all outreach activity and outcomes accurately in CRM systems
- Track outreach activity and conversion metrics
- Share insights and recommendations based on performance data
