  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a B2B SaaS company
  • GRC and HCM technology experience is required
  • Demonstrated success building enterprise ABM engines from the ground up
  • Proven track record building or scaling channel and partner marketing programs
  • Deep expertise in evolving digital presence (AEO, GEO)
  • Deep fluency in AI-augmented marketing operations
  • Command of modern MarTech ecosystems: Hubspot, 6sense, Demandbase, Dreamdata
  • Experience with marketing automation at scale
  • Experience operating in or readiness to lead international market entry
  • Revenue-Oriented: Measures marketing success in pipeline and closed revenue
  • Precision with Data: Able to build attribution models, read cohort analyses, and translate data into investment decisions
  • Velocity at Scale: Builds for speed with lean teams, automated workflows, and high-output content engines
  • Cross-Functional Fluency: Natural partner to Revenue, Product, and CEO
  • Execution Mentality: Has shipped enterprise campaigns, partner launches, and product narratives

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive marketing roadmap aligned to company targets.
  • Own Fama’s evolution into the category-essential solution for behavioral risk intelligence.
  • Serve as the primary market evangelist with C-suite HR personas and Executive Search.
  • Partner with CEO and VP of Revenue to translate market positioning into winning narratives.
  • Build and operate a high-velocity, account-based marketing engine.
  • Own full-funnel demand generation strategy with clear accountability for pipeline contribution and influenced revenue.
  • Architect and lead a robust channel partner program.
  • Build “Marketing-through-Partners” motions that generate high-quality referral pipeline.
  • Lead a modern, agentic AI-augmented marketing function.
  • Build and manage a high-output content engine.
  • Own the company’s digital presence (website, SEO, CRO, gated content).
  • Collaborate with RevOps to connect marketing spend directly to pipeline and closed-won revenue.
  • Build and maintain real-time executive dashboards for ROI and channel efficiency.
  • Translate attribution data into resource allocation recommendations and investment decisions.
