Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation
  • Excellent communication skills and client interaction
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and optimize operational processes
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile
  • Interest in technology and continuous improvement
  • Experience in the restaurant industry (desirable)
  • Knowledge of food safety (HACCP) (desirable)
  • Experience working with SaaS tools (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Accompany clients during their entire adoption cycle, from implementation to continuous use
  • Ensure a fluid experience, high level of adoption, and value generation in client operations
  • Accompany restaurants in solution implementation, from pre-sales to post-implementation follow-up
  • Configure the platform according to each client's operational needs
  • Train teams in platform usage
  • Analyze operational processes and propose improvements for efficiency and compliance (HACCP)
  • Monitor tool usage to ensure adoption and detect expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, OpEx) to improve client experience
