Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing or direct response copywriting
  • Strong background in outbound campaigns (SMS, email, cold outreach, etc.)
  • Experience managing or executing high-volume campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance data
  • Clear understanding of funnels and unit economics (CPA, CVR, ROI, revenue per lead)
  • Self-starter who can execute with minimal oversight
  • Fluent English (written and professional)
  • Full-time availability aligned with EST hours

Responsibilities

  • Write and optimize high-converting copy for SMS campaigns, Ringless voicemail (RVM) scripts, Email (subject lines and body), and Landing pages
  • Run continuous A/B tests across messaging, offers, and pages
  • Own funnel performance end-to-end: Outbound send → response → qualified lead/call → revenue
  • Track and analyze key metrics: Conversion rates, Cost per lead / qualified call, Revenue per campaign and buyer, ROI by channel and cohort
  • Set up and optimize IVR flows (Telnyx) for inbound calls
  • Route calls using platforms like Ringba or Retreaver to maximize revenue
  • Work with large datasets (millions of records) and execute campaigns at scale
  • Identify performance gaps and continuously iterate on what to test next
