Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing or direct response copywriting
- Strong background in outbound campaigns (SMS, email, cold outreach, etc.)
- Experience managing or executing high-volume campaigns
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance data
- Clear understanding of funnels and unit economics (CPA, CVR, ROI, revenue per lead)
- Self-starter who can execute with minimal oversight
- Fluent English (written and professional)
- Full-time availability aligned with EST hours
Responsibilities
- Write and optimize high-converting copy for SMS campaigns, Ringless voicemail (RVM) scripts, Email (subject lines and body), and Landing pages
- Run continuous A/B tests across messaging, offers, and pages
- Own funnel performance end-to-end: Outbound send → response → qualified lead/call → revenue
- Track and analyze key metrics: Conversion rates, Cost per lead / qualified call, Revenue per campaign and buyer, ROI by channel and cohort
- Set up and optimize IVR flows (Telnyx) for inbound calls
- Route calls using platforms like Ringba or Retreaver to maximize revenue
- Work with large datasets (millions of records) and execute campaigns at scale
- Identify performance gaps and continuously iterate on what to test next
