  • Proven track record in Product Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing
  • 3-6 years of experience in a PLG (Product-Led Growth) environment
  • Understanding of how product communication influences activation, expansion, and retention
  • Excellent English skills (C1-level minimum)
  • Ability to turn complex product logic into clear, compelling value stories, messaging frameworks, and enablement materials
  • Excellent project manager, capable of taking complex ideas from concept to full execution
  • Proficient with marketing automation, CMS, and AI tools
  • Comfortable implementing technical setups and orchestrating execution across tools, automation, and delegation
  • Data-informed, comfortable using product usage analytics to understand behavioral cohorts, personalize communication, and measure success
  • Strategic thinker, understanding how to position products and features in a way that makes sense in customers' world
  • Ability to connect market signals, customer needs, and product ambitions into a sharp narrative
  • Ownership mentality and a collaborative team player, enjoying the interdisciplinary nature of Growth Squads
  • Coachable and keen to learn about PLG mechanics, AI-supported workflows, and emerging opportunities in product communication
  • Strong cross-functional bridge-builder, able to work well with Product Managers, Growth Marketers, Sales, Customer Success, Designers, Copywriters, and Developers
  • Based in Europe to ensure a high time overlap with team members

Responsibilities

  • Define our positioning and messaging, turning complex technical features like AI-driven quality checks and audit trails into clear business value for our customers.
  • Create high-impact assets our Sales and Success teams need to win, including refined pitch decks, competitive battle cards, demo environments, and workflow guides.
  • Help audit, plan, and scale our communication across email and in-app channels (using tools like Customer.io and Jimo), ensuring consistent messaging from first "Aha!" moment to full product adoption.
  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market process for new features, coordinating with Product and customer-facing teams to ensure every release reaches the right audience with the right message across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct customer research, product usage audits, and win/loss analysis to understand the "why" behind user behavior and turn these insights into actionable strategies.
  • Take ownership of our profiles on platforms like G2, Capterra, and OMR, ensuring they are accurate, compelling, and used strategically as social proof and for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
