Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or similar technical roles involving structured data analysis and insights generation.
- Strong experience working with large datasets and translating complex analysis into structured, actionable business insights.
- 2+ years of SQL experience with ability to write queries involving filtering, aggregation, and CTEs.
- 2+ years of experience building data models and supporting analytical frameworks.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUPs, nested IF statements, and linked datasets.
- Experience building dashboards using tools such as Looker or other BI/visualization platforms.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting analytical findings to senior stakeholders (Director level and above).
Responsibilities
- Own insights generation and ongoing analysis for key business units, acting as a primary analytics partner for senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
- Translate data findings into clear, compelling stories and presentations tailored for non-technical audiences and executive decision-making.
- Define requirements and improvements for dashboards, reporting tools, and performance monitoring systems as business needs evolve.
- Develop analytical models and tools to surface insights that improve healthcare efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to track initiative impact, align on metrics, and support broader strategic and operational projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and contribute to additional assignments as business needs require.
