Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in development, configuration, or architecture roles.
  • 10+ Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation projects delivered in client environments.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and scalable solution design.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, sales operations, and business operations use cases.
  • Experience with release management, SDLC, and deployment best practices.
  • Proven client-facing experience in discovery, solution design, and pre-sales engagements.
  • Strong ability to translate complex requirements into structured Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and priorities.
  • Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, or similar) are a strong plus.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching Salesforce professionals is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and design workshops with clients to gather requirements and define scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end solution architecture for complex Sales Cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and platform best practices.
  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flows and other point-and-click capabilities.
  • Translate business and sales process requirements into robust technical and functional Salesforce architectures.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.
  • Partner with AI and innovation teams to integrate advanced capabilities into Salesforce solutions.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution design, demos, and technical input for proposals.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and developers, promoting best practices in Salesforce architecture and delivery.
  • Engage with Salesforce representatives to explore new features and solution opportunities.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement of Salesforce Sales Cloud delivery practices.
