Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in product management within software or SaaS environments
- Proven ability to own product initiatives end-to-end, from strategy through delivery and adoption
- Strong experience with customer discovery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to write clear product requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure delivery quality
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and iterative product development practices
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance product development and decision-making processes
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, AI-driven features, or domains such as CPQ, PLM, or design workflows is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy by translating business goals into clear objectives and outcome-driven roadmaps
- Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and market insights to validate opportunities
- Prioritize features, platform investments, and AI-driven enhancements to maximize product impact
- Own roadmap execution, aligning cross-functional teams and managing trade-offs across scope, timing, and resources
- Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure clarity of requirements, backlog readiness, and successful delivery
- Identify and implement AI-powered capabilities that improve workflows such as quoting, pricing, and product design
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to support product launches, adoption strategies, and customer engagement
- Define and track key performance indicators, using data to guide continuous improvement and iteration
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product decisions are aligned with user needs and business value
