Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical procurement, service coordination, subcontractor management, logistics, or similar operational roles.
  • Basic technical understanding to interpret service scopes, modernization requirements, and technical documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience coordinating international travel and handling vendor/customer communication is highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end logistics for modernization projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination from proposal stage to vessel delivery and installation.
  • Coordinate service engineers, vendors, and global partners, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and seamless execution of field operations.
  • Oversee shipment planning, equipment readiness tracking, and coordination of international logistics to ensure on-time delivery to vessels.
  • Support sales and technical teams by following up on quotations, managing SAP entries, updating pipeline status, and assisting with proposal preparation.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records in SAP and other systems, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
  • Facilitate technical vetting processes by coordinating interviews, liaising with partners, and supporting reporting and documentation.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense verification, purchase orders, and cross-functional coordination to support operational continuity.
