Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Coordination
  • Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes
  • Ability to manage moderately complex workflows independently
  • Experience working with HR systems and tools such as HRIS platforms, Jira, ADP, or Deel (preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and HR reporting dashboards
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Comfortable working in a systems-driven, process-oriented, and globally distributed environment

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, and benefits administration across global teams
  • Act as Tier 2 support for complex HR queries, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of employee and stakeholder requests
  • Maintain accurate HR data across systems such as HRIS platforms, ADP Workforce Now, Deel, Jira, and other HR tools
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regional labor regulations, supporting audits and standardized HR practices
  • Manage HR service requests through ticketing systems, ensuring SLA adherence and workflow tracking
  • Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and contribute to automation and optimization initiatives to improve scalability and accuracy
  • Support reporting and dashboard analysis to monitor HR metrics, trends, and operational risks
