Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation marketing, ideally within developer tools, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, or AI-related ecosystems.
- Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact through demand generation programs.
- Strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ABM, and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Experience building and managing end-to-end marketing analytics and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, BI platforms, and CRM systems.
- Deep understanding of SEO and emerging AEO strategies for visibility in both search engines and AI-driven answer systems.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical thinking abilities.
- Builder mindset with comfort in fast-paced, remote-first startup environments and global teams.
- Strong interest in developer marketing and open-source or infrastructure-focused ecosystems is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute full-funnel demand generation strategies across paid media, content syndication, email nurturing, webinars, and ABM programs to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
- Own performance marketing channels including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and content promotion, continuously optimizing campaigns for ROI, conversion, and pipeline velocity.
- Lead and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives in close collaboration with Sales to accelerate engagement with high-value enterprise accounts.
- Drive organic growth through SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), improving visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms.
- Build and maintain comprehensive marketing analytics dashboards covering pipeline attribution, campaign performance, conversion rates, SEO/AEO impact, and revenue contribution.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to align messaging, refine positioning, and create technically accurate content tailored to developers, AI/ML teams, and infrastructure buyers.
- Use AI tools extensively to automate workflows, accelerate campaign execution, and optimize go-to-market performance across channels.
- Continuously experiment, test, and iterate on marketing initiatives to identify scalable growth levers in a resource-efficient startup environment.
