- Specializes in creating 3D-style animated scenes
- Ability to edit with proper and aggressive pacing (1 – 2 second cuts)
- Experience with sound design and strong captions
- Clear understanding of storytelling, viral structure, and hooks
- Experience working in an educational niche (not entertainment industry)
- Up-to-date Mac or Windows computer with anti-virus protection
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Comfortable and experienced using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, OneDrive)
Responsibilities
- Use AI tools to create 3D-style animated scenes
- Create 15 – 20 educational YouTube Shorts per week
- Create and edit Long-form YouTube content
- Aggressively edit pacing on Shorts
- Utilize strong captioning and sound design in Shorts
