- Strong grasp of short-form content requirements and social platform constraints (aspect ratios, pacing, hook creation)
- Knowledge of post-production techniques to enhance and polish AI-generated footage
- Ability to maintain visual and narrative consistency across episode sequences
- Demonstrate rapid iteration skills and can produce high volumes of quality content without sacrificing creativity
- Possess a portfolio showcasing your AI animation work with diverse styles and genres
- Exhibit strong storytelling instincts that shine through in 60-second formats
- Thrive in fast-paced production environments where speed and quality coexist

Responsibilities
- Leverage state-of-the-art AI animation models and our internal video generation platform to produce polished 60-second episodes at scale.
- Generate high-quality episodes efficiently, maintaining consistency while adapting to various genre requirements and social platform specifications.
- Transform provided titles, themes, and genres into unique visual narratives.
- Troubleshoot common AI video generation issues with agility, from character consistency and motion artifacts to scene transitions and temporal coherence.
- Navigate diverse storytelling styles, adapting your approach to match the tone and expectations of each genre while maintaining production velocity.
