Requirements
- Strong portfolio of personally created AI content.
- Hands-on experience with 2-3 of: Higgsfield, Veo, Runway, Kling, Seedance, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Suno, CapCut.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain character/visual consistency across multi-shot content.
- Strong instincts for pacing, hooks, storytelling, and social content formats.
- Comfort with iterative prompt engineering.
- Experience running social accounts with a focus on reach, engagement, and growth.
- Self-directed work style and ability to ship daily on a consistent cadence.
Responsibilities
- Produce high volume of AI-generated short-form video, image, and audio content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X.
- Build and maintain consistent visual identities across content series.
- Own end-to-end production including ideation, prompting, generation, editing, and publishing.
- Manage social accounts, including posting, engagement, and community management.
- Iterate content based on performance data.
- Track AI content trends and incorporate them into production.
- Collaborate with internal growth team on briefs and distribution strategy.
