Requirements

- Strong engineering skills building production software systems.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable releasing prototypes and collecting feedback.
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver AI solutions for incident detection, triage, and resolution.
- Rapid experimentation and iteration on LLM- or agent-powered workflows.
- Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and designers.
- Integrate agentic components with internal tools, alerting systems, and runbooks.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance product functionality and development workflows.
- Take full ownership of AI solution scalability and maintainability.
