Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with depth in backend, systems integration, or data/analytics engineering.
- 2+ years hands-on experience applying LLMs/AI to production workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js.
- Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG, and structured output parsing.
- Experience building and operating multi-agent systems at scale (orchestration patterns, state management).
- Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and serverless/containerized services.
- Understanding of LLM failure modes and production mitigation strategies.
- Proven ability to identify high-leverage problems and deliver end-to-end.
- Fluent with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.).
- Clear technical communicator.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of multi-agent AI systems from architecture through deployment.
- Build modular agentic systems using orchestration frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.
- Develop reusable agentic skills accessible across Slack, dashboards, and CLIs.
- Implement observability, logging, and evaluation loops for AI workflows.
- Establish governance, PII handling, and compliance standards for AI.
- Build microservices and APIs connecting LLMs to business systems like BigQuery and CRMs.
- Architect RAG data flows for internal knowledge bases.
- Partner with RevOps and GTM teams to identify and automate high-impact bottlenecks.
