Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Accounting and/or CPA
- 6+ years of work experience
- Experience supporting public companies (preferred)
- Experience in the preparation of General Ledger postings and account reconciliations
- 2+ years of related experience working in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and interfacing with internal or external stakeholders
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Netsuite experience (preferred)
- Deep understanding and expertise with excel and/or google sheets
- Strong work ethic and adaptability to rapid business changes
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Post revenue Journal Entries for month end close
- Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Review and reconcile all practices payments for ACO Flex and Financial Offers program
- Work across the company on contractual review related to Financial Offers and other Health Plan contracts
- Prepare month-end reporting workbooks related to revenue and balance sheet accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records to ensure compliance with company's policies and internal control
- Assist with month-end review of financial statements, preparing variance analysis
- Maintain appropriate accounting records for revenue recognition including completion of ASC 606 Analysis
- Assist with external Audit requests as needed
- Keep detailed records of prepaids including financial offers and bad debt allowance
