Experience supporting or managing proposal development, bids, or capture activities
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written communication and document coordination skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams to assemble proposal responses
Familiarity with responding to RFIs, RFPs, or similar procurement processes
Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams
Experience supporting both ‘quick-turn’ proposals and complex strategic bids (Bonus)
Familiarity with government, defense, or public-sector procurement (Bonus)
Experience working across international teams or regions (Bonus)
Exposure to aerospace, space, satellite data, defense, or advanced analytics industries (Bonus)
Experience with proposal management tools, CRM systems, or opportunity tracking platforms (Bonus)

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and coordination of proposals, RFP responses, RFIs, and related opportunity submissions for international customers
Manage proposal timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure high-quality and compliant responses
Coordinate across the company on capture activities to align strategy, messaging, and win themes
Coordinate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders
Ensure proposals clearly articulate the value of Slingshot’s Space Operations Intelligence and Autonomy offerings
Maintain proposal documentation, templates, and knowledge repositories for all international captures
Identify opportunities to improve proposal processes and help strengthen Slingshot’s international bid capability
